淀粉基生物降解塑料的应用研究现状及发展趋势

摘    要:简述了开发淀粉塑料的意义及研究发展趋势,指出含淀粉量低的填充型淀粉塑料由于其组分大部分为非降解树脂,难以符合环保要求,发展的趋势是开发含淀粉量在80%以上(其余组分均可降解)能完全降解的所谓全淀粉或基本全淀粉热塑性塑料,蒙脱土为增强相的热塑性淀粉纳米复合材料是研究的热点。

Abstract:The significance of biodegradable starch-plastics is summarized.An outlook for their future development is provided.In view of the fact that low-starch plastics,which made mostly from undegradable resin,fail to meet the requirements of environmental protection,the author suggests that all-starch or high-starch plastics,in which starch accounts for a percentage of more than 80 while the rest components are all degradable,be developed in the future.Thermo-starch nanocomposite materials reinforced by montmorillonite will be the hotspot for study.
