摘    要:以木质纤维素水解后的主要单糖D-木糖为底物,研究了酸处理、碱处理、热处理、红外照射处理对取自沼气发酵池的混合菌发酵制氢过程中的产氢量和产氢速率的影响.实验结果表明:四种预处理方法都可以提高产氢量和产氢速率.最佳的热处理条件为100℃,20~50 min.该条件下累计产氢量和最大产氢速率较未处理的混合菌发酵分别提高约30...

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of four pre-treatment methods on hydrogen yield and hydrogen production rate were studied by xylose hydrolyzed from lignocelluloses.The pre-treatment methods include heat-,acid-,alkaline-and infrared light exposure-treatment on anaerobic mixed microflora from cow dung fermented fluid.The results showed that both of hydrogen yields and hydrogen production rates were enhanced by all the four pre-treatment sludge.The optimal heat-treatment time at 100 ℃ was 20~50 min,and the corresponding hydrogen yield and the hydrogen production rate increased 30% and 46%~85% respectively compared with that by normal anaerobic mixed microflora.The optimal pH was 9 for alkaline-treatment of 24 h.Under this condition,hydrogen yield and the hydrogen production rate increased 33% and 83% respectively.However,by acid-and infrared light exposure-pretreatment on anaerobic mixed microflora,no effect on hydrogen production-lagging time or a little increase of hydrogen yield and hydrogen production rate were observed in the batch fermentation hydrogen production.
