摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对10个玉米品种进行过氧化物同工酶分析.研究表明:各品种在酶谱上都有表达,且呈现很强的特异性,且在多个位点上出现稳定一致的酶带.供试材料中共出现36条酶带,其数量在品种间差异显著,其中最多者出现6条,最少2条.在亲缘关系方面通过计算各品种的酶谱联合系数发现,台湾超甜38号与洛阳800、沈单1...

Abstract:Peroxide isozymes of 10 maize species were analysed by polyacrylamide electrophoresis.The results showed that there are a rich expression and strong specificity in painted enzyme.There is stability consistent with the basic enzyme in many alleles.It appears 36 enzyme for total experiment material.The number is significant in differences variety with the largest number 6 and the least 2.In the relationships,Luoyang 800,Shendan 16 and Taiwanchaotian No.38 are the farthest based on studying esterase isozymes.H...
