| Abstract: | In this paper, a question about approximation is discussed for a monotone function in Orlicz space by monotone algebraic polynomials.Two linear and monotone operators , n(f,x) and n(f,x) are introduced ,and it is proved that they have bounds in Orlicz space,and both them and the error of f can be controlled by the second order weighted modulus of smoothness of f . |
