水玻璃砂VRH—CO_2硬化工艺试验

摘    要:本试验探索了水玻璃砂在真空状态下吹CO2气体的硬化工艺及水玻璃、原砂性能对VRH-CO2法水玻璃砂强度及清散性的影响,并进行了生产应用试验。实验结果表明,当工艺参数适当时,VRH法硬化的水玻璃砂比普通CO2水玻璃砂水玻璃加入量减少1/2、CO2消耗量减少到1/6,具有更高的常温抗压强度和更低的残留强度,经济效益明显提高。

Abstract:This paper discussed the CO2 blowing harden technique and how the property of waterglass, sand influence on the strength and collapsibility of VRH-CO2 water-glass sand,and has usedin production and employment. The result showed,with the perfect technological parameter,amount ofwater-glass of the VRH-harden water-glass sand can be reduced by 1/2, amount of CO2 can bereduced to 1/6 than the normal CO2 water-glass sand,and it has more higher compression strength inambient temperature and lower residual strength. The economic benefit is improved obviously.
