| 摘 要： | 高速公路的迅速发展推动了国民经济的增长，同时也消耗了大量的生态资源，对环境产生了巨大的影响。本文结合驻信高速公路建设对董寨国家自然保护区生态环境的影响，阐述了在工程规划、设计、施工、管理等方面应引起重视的主要问题，提出相应的环保对策和管理措施，高速公路的建设可以兼顾环境保护，促进高速公路建设中社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的和谐统一。

| Abstract: | The development of expressway has promoted the strength of national economy, but large quantity of ecosystem resources is consumed. The surroundings are greatly affected by this development. The environmental influences of Zhu-Xin Expressway construction on Dongzhai Natural Conservation Zone are analyzed. The main problems of environmental influences in the programming, design, construction and supervision are described. Corresponding environmental protection countermeasures and management measures are put forward. It is illustrated that expressway construction and environmental protection can be developed together, and expressway construction can improve the environmental benefits as well as economic and social benefits. |
