玉米秸秆粉碎刀具和刀速对粉碎功耗和质量的影响

摘    要:应用室内玉米秸秆粉碎装置对影响粉碎功耗和粉碎质量的主要因素进行了试验研究,试验表明,直刀式动刀配切、粉碎定刀在较低转速时就能达到较高的合格率,粉碎效果好,消耗的功率也相对较高;提高动刀速度或增加定刀排数能明显提高粉碎质量。

Abstract:Tests were conducted on a test bench to study how performances of a cornstalk macerator are influenced by its main working parameters. The results show that straight blades' disposition has higher smashing quality as blades' rotatory speed is low,and its power consumption is also higher; raising blades' speed or increasing rows of fixed blade can obviously improve smashing quality.
