摘    要:为了给功能梯度涂层的实际应用提供试验依据 ,本文介绍了在TA5板基材制备NiCr-Ni3 Al梯度涂层所采用的混合团聚法制粉、逆设计法和等离子喷涂工艺。微观观察和成分分析表明 ,本试验所采用的设计方法和制备工艺实现了涂层成分沿厚度方向呈梯度分布。

Abstract:This paper introduces the manufacturing process of mixed powder, the reversed design method and the plasma spraying technology of fabricating the Nicr-Ni 3Al gradient layer on sheet material TA5 in order to provide test basis for the use of functional gradient layer. According to microstructure observation and composition analysis it shows that the design process and the fabrication technology used in the test realize the gradient distribution of the design process and the fabrication technology used in the test realize the gradient distribution of the composition along the thickness of the layer.
