| 摘 要： | 讨论了我国人口红利逐渐消退后通过终身体育获得二次人口红利的问题.通过积累人力资本能有效地延缓人口红利消退速度;健康资本是人力资本的主要内涵,终身体育是构筑国民健康的支柱;通过学校体育夯实健康基础,以个性体育确保持续就业,以终身体育实现老有所为;国家以全体国民的终身体育确保实现二次人口红利.

| Abstract: | Problem is discussed about obtaining second demographic dividend through lifelong sports after demographic dividend regression gradually. That the accumulation of human capital can delay the regression effectively. Health capital is the main content of human capital, and lifelong physical education is the pillar of national health. And it also considered that through school physical education can strengthen health foundation; individual sports ensure continuity of employment and lifelong sports realizes accomplish in old-age. The nation ensure the second demographic dividend realized by lifelong sports. |
