| 摘 要： | 依据变栅距刻线光栅的光路函数,利用建立的光路追踪程序计算了入射距离为155 mm时的高阶像差参量,从而给出了一组优化的光栅参量,减小了缩短距离后所造成的像差。

| Abstract: | Based on the Aberration-Corrected Concave Gratings light path function.The higher order aberration parameter with the incidence distance 155 mm have been calculated by using ray tracing code.A set of optimum grating parameter is given.The aberration caused by incidence decreasing is reduced. |
