摘    要:在酸性条件下,基于肾上腺素对硫酸铈与亚硫酸钠体系的化学发光反应有显著增敏作用,建立了测定肾上腺素的流动注射化学发光分析新体系.在优化的实验条件下,检出限为7.2×10-7mol/L,肾上腺素浓度在2.0×10-6至5.0×10-4mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系.对5.0×10-5mol/L肾上腺素进行了9次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.1%.该法成功用于医用注射液中肾上腺素的测定.

Determination of Epinephrine by Flow-Injection Chemiluminescence

Abstract:In acidic solution,a new flow-injection chemiluminescence(CL) analysis system for determining epinephrine is established,which is based on the marked enhancement effect of epinephrine on the chemiluminescence reaction of cerium sulphate and sodium sulfite.Under optimized experiment conditions,the epinephrine is linear with chemiluminscence intensity well when epinephrine concentration is in the range of 2.0×10–6 to 5.0×10–4 mol/L,with the detection limit of 7.2×10–7 mol/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 3.1% for 5.0×10–5 mol/L epinephrine after 9 times of paralle determinations.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of epinephrine in medical injections.
