摘    要:以红掌品种“若比诺”的无菌苗为材料,研究了影响红掌品种“若比诺”愈伤组织的诱导因素.结果表明,基本培养基、外源激素、外植体类型和光照培养条件对愈伤组织的诱导都有显著影响.茎段在MS+BA(2.0mg/L)+2,4.D(0.2mg/L)培养基中愈伤组织诱导率最高,达到100%,叶片在1/2MS+BA(2.0mg/L)+2,4-D(0.2mg/L)培养基中诱导率最低(为0).不同外植体的愈伤组织诱导率有明显的差异,其诱导率的大小依次为茎段〉叶柄〉叶片,茎段最适合做外植体源.光培养下的愈伤组织诱导率比暗培养下的高,光照有利于“若比诺”的愈伤组织的诱导.

Factors Affecting Callus Induction of Anthurium Andraeanum "Robino"

Abstract:The factors affecting callus induction of Anthurium andraeanum "Robino" were studied using aseptic seeding of Anthurium andraeanum "Robino" as materials. Results showed that the basic medium, exogenous hormones, explants and light condition affected the callus induction significantly. Stem segments cultured in the medium of MS+BA(2.0 mg/L)+2, 4-D(0.2 mg/L) has the highest callus induction rate of 100%. The callus induction rate of leaves cultured in 1/2MS+BA(2.0 mg/L) +2, 4-D(0.2 mg/L) is the lowest (0). The induction rates of callus of different explants are obviously different and in an order of stem segments 〉 petiole's leaves. So stem segments is the best for explant. The induction rates of callus were higher in light condition than that in darkness. That is, light is conductive to the callus induction of "Robino".
