摘    要:饲喂SD大鼠不同浓度的二十八烷醇乳化制剂,采用荧光定量法测量SD大鼠肝脏和肌肉组织中糖原合成酶基因表达量,研究二十八烷醇对机体能量代谢基因的影响作用和调控机制.实验结果表明,饲喂大鼠适中剂量的二十八烷醇可有效地增加大鼠的平均日采食量、平均日增重,提高饲料转化率,促进机体内肾上腺素和胰高血糖素等的分泌.补充合适的二十八烷醇可增加大鼠机体肝脏和肌肉中GS基因的表达量.

Rat body GS Gene Expression Regulating by Octacosanol

Abstract:Octacosanol is fed to SD rats with different concentrations of emulsifying agents.Then fluorescent quantitative method is used to measure the gene expressions of SD rat liver and muscle glycogen synthase to study the octacosane influence of alcohol for energy metabolism genes and regulatory mechanisms.The experimental results show that moderate doses octacosanol fed rats effectively increase the average daily food intake,average daily gain and improve feed conversion,while promoting secretion of the body epinephrine and pancreatic glucagon.And adding appropriate octacosanol can increases the gene expression of GS genes in the liver and muscle of rat body.
