花椒籽油提取条件优化研究

摘    要:以花椒籽为原料,采用浸渍提取法提取花椒籽油,发现温度、浓度和时间对提取效果都有影响。通过正交实验,筛选出最佳条件:提取溶剂为体积分数为99.5%的无水乙醇,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2 h。

Study on the Best Extraction Conditions of Prickly Ash Seed Oil

Abstract:Prickly ash seeds are used for the raw material,by macerate extraction method;it was found that the extractive effect of prickly ash seed oil is depended on the levels of different extractive temperatures,different extractive strengths and different extractive time.Through the results of orthogonal experiment,the best combination of extraction for prickly ash seed oil is screened out: the strength is 99.5%,the extractive is 80 ℃ and the extractive time is 2 h.
