摘 要: | 以典型轴类零件(阶梯轴)为例,用数学统计和模型计算的方法对轴类零件在车床上加工的精度特性进行了分析,确定了研究零件的尺寸、形状和位置精度变化的规律性,从中可以预测用户对零件精度特性的选择及所选择金属切削机床的技术性能指标。

Abstract: | By the example of typical shaft (stepped shaft), this paper analyzes for precision characteristic of cutting shaft on lathe using mathematic statistics and testing method. It ascertains changing regularity of dimension, form and positional precision for researched part. According to this it can forecast that user chooses the precision characteristic and technical performance index of metal cutting machine. |
