摘    要:用STC89C52超低功耗单片机、12位A/D串行转换器TLC2543和集成运算放大器LM324,设计了具有电阻、电压、电流和频率等参数测量功能的电参数测量仪.系统主要由硬件测量电路、数据处理、软件功能等模块组成.系统结构简单,与传统的测试系统比较,具有灵活的现场更改性、处理速度快、实时性强、精确可靠、抗干扰性强等优点,具有很好的实际应用价值.

Design of Digital Electric Parameter Tester Based on SCM Control

Abstract:Using ultra low power microcontroller STC89C52, 12 bit A/D serial TLC2543 converter and integrated operational amplifier LM324 realize the functions of measuring resistance, voltage, current and frequency. The system is mainly composed of hardware measurement circuit, data processing part, software function module, and so on. The system's structure is simple. And compared to other traditional test system, it has advantages of flexible scene change, fast processing speed, good real-time, accurate and reliable, strong anti-interference ability, and has very good practical value.
