摘 要: | 在阐述聚硅酸盐类絮凝剂制备工艺优化思路的基础上,向优化条件下制备出的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂中加入不同物质的量的硼,通过不同剂量和储存时间两方面的对比试验,研究硼对提高聚硅酸盐类絮凝剂稳定性、改善性能等方面的影响.结果表明,硼的引入可明显提高聚硅酸盐类絮凝剂絮凝性能,且稳定性增强,有利于生产中的推广应用.

Abstract: | Based on optimization of preparing technology of polysilicate coagulate agent, boron is added into the poly aluminum ferrite silicate (PAFSi) coagulant agent with different amount of substance. By contrast test of different dose and storage time, the influences of boron on stability and performance improvement of polysilicate are studied. Results show that the flocculation is improved obviously, and the stability is enhanced. It is good for popularization and application. |
