| 摘 要： | 采用扫描电镜对鳜消化道粘膜进行了观察和研究，描述了消化道各部分表面结构的特征并对鳜消化道上味蕾的类型和分布进行了初步的分析.结果表明:鳜的味蕾广泛分布于口咽腔中，主要有3种类型.食道粘膜的上皮细胞具有明显的微脊结构.鳃弓上有成排的小齿，排列整齐，可见杯状细胞.胃粘膜上皮细胞界限清楚，胞体圆型突起.中、后肠表面分泌物逐渐增多. 该文还讨论了硬骨鱼类消化道表面的结构与功能之间的关系.

| Abstract: | Observation on the digestive tract mucosa of Siniperca chuafai was conducted by using the scanning electron microscope.The surface characteristics of the digestive tract's structure was described,and the taste bud's types and distribution in the surface of digestive tract were discussed.The results show that the taste bud of S.chuafai distributes over the oral-pharyngeal cavity widely and there are three critical types taste bud.The structure of microridges on the esophagus mucosa epithelial cells is clear.... |
