毛细管电泳法分离3种卡因类药物

摘    要:运用毛细管区带电泳技术,对布比卡因、利多卡因、普鲁卡因3种药物的分离进行了研究,优化选择pH值、缓冲溶液浓度、温度、电压等实验参数,结果表明,该方法简便,操作易行,适用于制药工业中在线检测及临床检验。

Abstract:The separation of Novocaine, Lidocaine and Bupivacaine by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis is investigated, and an analysis method for industry production and clinical medical is prpvoded. The buffer system of Tris - H3PO4 was used in the experiment. The effects of pH and ionic strength of buffer on elec-troosmotic flow and resolution were examined. The three drugs could be separated within 22 minutes using 30 mmol/L Tris - H3PO4 buffer (pH 3.5) . It was demonstrated that the method compared with High Performance Liquid Chromatography might be suitable to the separation of the three drugs.
