弱酸性KCl溶液中Zn_2_在铜电极上沉积机理的探讨

摘    要:本文通过线性电位扫描、循环伏安、交流阻抗等实验方法对弱酸性氯化钾溶液中Zn~2+在铜电极上的沉积行为进行了研究,得到了动力学参数Tafel斜率bc=111mV,反应级数Z=0.95.由此认为Zn~2+在铜电极上的沉积机理是由两个连续的单电子步骤所组成,且反应的第一步是速度控制步骤.反应过程中生成吸附态的一价锌离子(Zn~+ads)中间体.

Abstract:The electrodeposition of zinc ions on Cu electrode in weakly acid potassium chloride solution is studied using linear potential sweeping, cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy. Some parameters are determined such as Tafel slope (111mV)and reaction order (0. 95). Based on the results,it is postulated that the electrodeposition mechanism of zinc ions in weakly acid potassium chloride solution on Cu electrode is probably composed of two consecutive one-electron transfer steps with the first one being the rate-determining and the formation of an adsorbed monovalent zinc (Zn+)in the process.
