| 摘 要： | 经济型酒店在国外已经是一种成熟的酒店形态,而在我国才刚刚兴起.广州酒店业伴随我国旅游业从早期创汇为导向向逐渐满足国民日益增长的旅游需求为导向的转变,面临着各种需求的变化和供求平衡的调整,供需之间存在一定的错位现象,经济型酒店呼之欲出.在价位和功能上体现经济型酒店的真正内涵,注重本土低星级酒店改造与重组,发展连锁规模经营,借鉴与引入国外经济型酒店的管理模式等,成为广州经济型酒店发展必须要面对的问题.

| Abstract: | Economy hotel is a successful and ripe hotel pattern for the hotel management abroad,but it just rises in our country.With the continuous development of tourism and the continuous changes in the market demand,Guangzhou hotel industry in face of kinds of demand changes,and the economy hotel is vividly portrayed.The market demand and the questions of the economy hotels are analyzed,and then some developmental countermeasures are put forward,such as,giving the clear definition of economy hotel,rebuilding the low star level hotels,developing the chain economy hotel pattern,introducing the scientific management,planing market subsectionetc. |
