摘    要:对Leeuwenberg(1980)创立的马钱科(Loganiaceae)分类系统,包括10族29属约500种,采用表征分析和分支分析方法进行了研究,认为广义的马钱科需要 调整,把Buddlejeae独立为一个科,即狭义Loganiaceae包括Polyprenum,Spigelia,Mitreola,Mitrasacme,Geniostoma,Labordia,Logania,Strychnos

Abstract:The family Loganiaceae was established by Martius in 1827. Leeuwenberg reviewed the familyand proposed a new system in 1980, including 10 tribes, 29 genera with ahaut 500 species. Based onLeeuwenberg's classification system, numberical analysis including phenotypic and cladistic analyses of29 genera of Loganiaceae was performed using morphologyical and a few chemical characters. The resultsshow that the tribe Buddlejeae should separate from the Loganiaceae (sensu lato), as a family of its own.So, Loganiaceae (sensu stricto) including Polyremum, Spigelia, Mitreola, Mitrasacme, Geniostoma,Labordia, Logania, Strychnos, Gardneria, Neuburgia, Mostuea, Gelsemium, Bonyunia, Antonia ,Norrisia, Usteria, Potalia, Anthocleista, Fagraea, Desfontainia; and Buddlejaceae including Peltanthera, Sanango, Nnxia, Androya, Gomphostigma, Buddleja, Emorya. Retzia and Plocosperma aremore closely related to Buddlejaceae than to Loganiaceae(sensu stricto); Phylogenetically, the baceiferous genera are more primitive in Loganiaceae (sensu stricto); and every genus is closely related to eachother in Buddlejaceae.
