摘    要:以玉米胚根为试材,初步研究了光、GA3、蔗糖对根中花色素苷积累的影响。结果表明:暗萌发3d龄的种子胚根中花色素苷的积累对光最为敏感,白光照射12h,再置暗处2d,花色素苷的积累达到最高。离体根实验结果表明,使用GA3不能诱导花色素苷积累,150mmol/L的蔗糖可以促进玉米胚根积累花色素苷。蔗糖和GA3同时使用,能使花色素苷积累显著提高。

Abstract:Effects of light, GA3 and sucrose on anthocyanin accumulation in maize roots were investigated. Results shown that 3d - old roots grown under dark accumulated the highest level of anthocyanin after light irradiation. The peek was observed 2 d after 12 h - light treatment. In detached root experiments, 150 mmol/L sucrose induced an increase of anthocyanin in roots but GA3 alone had no effect on anthocyain accumulation. In addition, anthocyain level reached higher in detached roots treated with both sucrose and GA3.
