集成连续时间滤波器基本元件和单元电路的非线性特性建模

摘    要:研究集成连续时间滤波器基本元件和单元电路的解析建模方法,并导出了Schaumann元件、模拟浮地电感、接地电阻、反相器和放大器的非线性特性表达式。这些解析式对于上述单元电路所构造的各种Gm-C滤波器的非线性分析具有重要作用,而其推导方法可以应用于其他类似的电路。

Abstract:The methods to set up an analytical model for bas ic component and unit circuit in integrated continuous time filter are investiga ted which lead to the nonlinear expressions of Schanmann,analogue floating indu ctance,ground resistance,phase inverter and amplifier. These expressions are of importance to nonlinear analysis of G m -C filter composed by unit circu it. In addition, methods used to deduce these expressions can be applied to ot her similar circuit.
