鹌鹑和石鸡的核型及C 带研究

摘    要:本文报道鹌鹑和石鸡的核型、C带,并与已报道的近缘种家鸡作比较-结果表明,两种鸟的核型基本一致,但与家鸡的核型有小小差异-两鸟的核型公式为:2N=78=4SM+2T+2ST+zMwT+2ST+4T+62mT/D,多数染色体的着丝粒区均显示出一个深浅不同的C带-研究结果进一步支持了鸟类核型在进化过程中有较强保守性的观点-

Abstract:The karyotypes and C-bands of Quail and Chukor Partridge were studied and compared with the their ralative species that were reported before. The result showed that the difference of karyotypes of the 2 species bird is not obvious. There are a few difformulae with Gallus domesticus. Their Karyotypical flrmulae is 2N=78=4SM 2T 2ST zMwT 2ST 4T 62mT/D.Most of the macrochromosomes show a prominent centromertic C-band. The results of the study again prove the hypothesis that bird karyotype is exceedingly conservative in the course of evolution.
