广州市地铁站地下商业内部空间结构分析

选取地铁站地下商贸资源的开发利用为研究对象,通过实地调查,对地铁沿线地下商业中心的规模、职能构成、行业构成及业态构成进行了深入分析,总结出不同级别地下商业区构成的基本情况.参照以往学者的研究,根据商业区商业网点的数目和分布形态对其布局结构和空间形态进行了分类,将其划分为“回”字式、单轴式、层叠式3种结构和与此对应的斑状型、块状型、立体型3种空间形态.基于以上研究,有利于对比各站点的地下商业开发利用水平,为解决资源闲置,调整地下商业区的规模提供指导意见.

STUDY ON SPATIAL STRUCTURE OF UNDERGROUND COMMERCIAL ZONE ALONE THE SUBWAY IN GUANGZHOU

The exploitation of underground commercial resource in Guangzhou is investigated. By analysing their scale, function, industries and organization of retail trades, the structure of underground commercial zones in all levels is discussed. In light of former studies, this paper tries to categorize the different kinds of distribution structure and the corresponding spatial forms into three models. The results help the comparison of the conditions of different subway stations and provide adviees for solving the problem of the waste of space resource and readjusting the distribution of underground commercial zones.
