摘    要:无论是用氮气法还是用水浸法造成萌发绿豆断绝氧气时其超弱发光(PE)都会大幅度下降,接近本底.当重新给氧时.萌发绿豆的PE立即上升,超过正常时的PE强度,随后才逐渐下降,最后接近正常时的发光水平,形成PE峰.PE峰值随着断氧时间的增加而增大,断氧半小时,已出现明显的峰值;断氧20小时后,PE峰值不再增大、出现饱合.

Abstract:The intensity of Ultraweak Photon Emission ( PE ) from generating mungbean seeds decreases greatly when samples are isolated from oxygen, bening soaked in water or put in N2 ambience. But it increases very fast when the samples are given oxygen again, then gradually decreases to nornal level. The longer the isolation from oxygen is, the higher the PE peak will reach. When isolation lasts half an hour or more, the PE peak will be obvious. While isolation goes beyond 20 hours, the PE peak will not rise any more but tends to stability.
