广东,海南普通野生稻酯酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:广东,海南普通野生稻58份样本中酯酯同工酶的酶带数从8到15条均有,酶谱类型可归纳为17种类型,相同谱型的酶带种类和数量相同,酶谱相似系数为1,亲缘关系最密切,相似系数0.9以上的植株亦很密切;0.8-0.89亲缘关系也很近。

Abstract:In 58 Samples of common wild rice living in guangdon and Hainan provinces, there are 8 to15 zymic bands with in esterase isozymes. The zymogram types may be summarized as 17 types. The samezymogram types have same number and form of zymic bands. Their similarity coefficient is equal to 1.Their zelationship is most intimated. Over 0.9 similarity coefficient of plants (samples) are also very related; Having 0. 8 ~ 0. 9 ones the relationships are chose intimated.The plants living in the same small ecotype may have different zymic bands. and zymogram types.Therefore, it may be said that the variation on elementary level with the variation on morphology do not besynchronous constantly. The common wild rice plants distrobuting in different small ecotypes may have thesame or similar variation and evotionary route.
