泾阳链霉菌抗菌能力研究

摘    要:对液体培养及固体培养条件下泾阳链霉菌的抗菌作用进行了测定,结果表明:这种放线菌对多种微生物类群的生长有抑制作用,并且不同的发酵条件下表现出的抗菌活性不一致,液体发酵条件下只对10种指示菌中的细菌和酵母菌有抗性,而固体培养条件下则只对其中的2种霉菌有效.两种农作物病原菌棉花枯萎病菌和青枯病菌也可被泾阳链霉菌有效地抑制.

Abstract:The antibacterial capabilities of Streptomyces jingyangensis had been tested. It was found that Streptomyces jingyangensis can effectively inhibit the growth of some of the bacteria, yeast and mildew and the antibacterial activities were very different when the cultural conditions had been changed. On the condition of being cultured in liquid culture medium, Streptomyces jingyangensis showed great anti-microbial activity against bacteria and yeast and when it was cultured in solid culture medium, it's antibiotic product can only effect on two of the mildew. Two crop diseases causing pathogens Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum and Pseudomonas solanaceavum among the indicator strains can be effectively inhibited by Streptomyces jingyangensis.
