Discussion of the Internet of things talent training for local universities

To meet the needs of emerging industries of strategic development for talent training and promote local economic development,the IOT （The Internet of things） talent training strategy of local universities should take market needs as guidance and improve its abilities. Firstly,it analyzed the setting background of IOT and the status quo of talent training,then it designed a dynamic curriculum system of professional orientation of major module according to market demands ,and explored teaching model closely combining theory and practice. Fi- nally, it discussed the construction of teaching resources. For jobs demand, promoting the level of quality con- struction and talent training of IOT,training qualified and highly skilled personnel for application-oriented tal- ent,it supplies a reference for the similar universities that set up IOT major.
