| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后，外资银行将凭借其技术优势和管理优势进入中国金融市场，给中资银行带来巨大的竞争压力和冲击。通过分析外资银行与中资银行开展竞争的主要领域、中资银行缺乏竞争力的主要原因，进而提出中资银行的应对策略和发展战略。

| Abstract: | After China's admission to WTO,foreign banks with advanced technologies and management,have entered China's financial market.This competition will bring Chinese banks great pressure and many obstacles.This paper analyses the main competitive fields between foreign banks and Chinese banks,and tries to determine the reasons why the latter lack of comparative advantages in those fields,and then, puts forward some constructive suggestions for the development of Chinese banks. |
