| 摘 要： | 结合环境规划的需要,从理论上阐述了环境承载力的基本概念、特点及计量应用模式,并且将这一理论运用在广东肇庆综合环境承载力研究.通过建立环境承载力指标体系,分析了肇庆2001、2002以及2003年综合环境承载力状况,研究表明肇庆环境发展处在可持续状态并趋于最优值(QK=0.32).

| Abstract: | Combining the need of environmental plan, this paper explains the basic concept, characteristics and measuring application model of EBC, and applies the model to analyzing EBA in Zhaoqing. By building the index system, the states of Zhaoqing's EBC from 2001 to 2003 are investigated. The result shows that Zhaoqing's environmental development is in developmental state and inclines to best value (QK=0.32). |
