| 摘 要： | 从非物质文化遗产的含义分析入手,对我国非物质文化遗产进行法律保护的现状进行论证,同时对非物质文化遗产进行保护存在的问题进行剖析,就能够得到有效保护与合理利用我国非物质文化遗产的法律对策。
