| 摘 要： | 中国加入世贸组织后，西方发达国家的意识形态、化取向、道德观念必然对我国的公民道德建设产生重大而深远的影响。作为一项提高全民族素质的系统工程，公民道德建设的合理选择必然是在对民族明和世界明优秀成分的充分肯定中重构民族价值体系。
