| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪的中国，是一个社会政治制度和法制制度多元化的国家．基于葡萄牙法制建立起来的澳门法制，作为其中的一元相对独立地存在于中国法律体系之中，本文对中国大陆知识产权法与澳门现行知识产权法在法律构架、商标、专利及著作权等方面进行了比较和评析，旨在抛砖引玉，请教于大方之家。

| Abstract: | China will be a pluralized country in social political system and law system in 21Centry. Legal Sgstem of Macao which was built on the basis of Legal system of Portugal willbe one of the relatively independent part of legal system of China. The article makes acomparison and comment on the intellectual property right law between Mainland and Macao from thefollowing aspects: the structure of law, trademark law, patent law and copyright law. |
