| Abstract: | As a member of the trademark family, the name trademark make the family more colorful in modern society. The thesis expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the name trademark and its classification. And it emphasizes on analyzing and coordinating the legal conflict that the name trademark caused among the right of name, the right of trademark and copyright. |
