现阶段福建中小企业发展问题研究

中小企业在我国经济发展中占有重要地位,而福建省更具有中小企业众多、产业分布广、对当地经济贡献大的特点。但现阶段,全球性的产业整合与组织变革使中小企业发展瓶颈日益突出,中小企业如不能进行结构转换与产业升级并实现制度化规范管理,中小企业的发展将受到越来越多的制约。

Research on Fujian SMEs' Development on the Present Stage

The small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role in China＇s economic development.There are more small and medium enterprises in Fujian Province than the other areas in China.They have their own peculiar characteristics：They distribute widely in Fujian and make great contribution to the local economy.But at present,the global industrial conformity and the organization reform have hindered the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The issue is increasingly becoming prominent in Fujian SMEs.If they fail to carry out the structural transformation,complete the industrial upgrading,and realize the institution standard management,the SMEs＇ development will receive more and more restrictions.
