表象训练法在排球教学中的应用

摘    要:将表象训练法应用于排球教学中,经过实验组和对照组的教学实验对比,结果显示:采用表象训练法后,实验组学生学习排球的兴趣更大,积极性更高;教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用得到了充分发挥;动作形成的分化和信息反馈得到了提高,有利于建立正确的动作概念.说明在排球公选课中采用表象训练法,其教学效果明显高于传统教学法.

Abstract:The transplanting of representation training into public volleyball course shows that, by the comparison of experiment group teaching and common group teaching, the experiment group has much more interest and positivity in playing volleyball, the representation training, which speeded up the motion differentiation and information feedback exerted teachers' leading function and students' principal function. The effect of adopting representation training in public volleyball course teaching is obviously superior to traditional teaching methods.
