| 摘 要： | 中小企业在经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用，但由于规模小、资产抵押物有限、信誉体系又不够健全等各方面的原因，中小企业融资难是一个长期的难题。为了解决中小企业的融资难问题，一些学者提出了将物流服务和金融服务相结合的创新模式，由此“物流金融”应运而生。物流金融是解决中小企业融资难的有效途径及运作模式，对中小企业解决融资困难有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises in economic development plays an important role, but because of small size, limited asset pawn, credit system is still not perfect, and so various reasons, SME financing is a long-term worldwide problem. In order to solve the financing problem of SMEs, some scholars put forward the logistics services and financial services combining innovative business model, the logistics finance from this emerge as the times require .This paper analyzes the reasons of SMEs financing difficulty and the concept of logistics finance, shows the logistics finance is the effective ways of financing and it＇s mode of operation , through the SMEs financing situation , then explained the practical significance of logistics finance to SMEs financing in Guangdong. |
