摘    要:心理安全指的是个体或群体在心理上所具有的一种不受威胁的现实状态。而当今大学生存在不同程度的心理障碍甚至发生自杀、凶杀等极端事件,严重影响他们正常的学习和生活,加强高校大学生的心理安全教育迫在眉睫。健康的心理能有效预防心理安全事故的发生,高校应该采取行之有效的措施来消除大学生的心理障碍,提高他们的心理健康水平和心理危机承受能力。

Abstract:The psychological safety refers to the individuals or groups who have a psychological reality of the threat from the state. Today, there are many college students who have different degrees of Psychological barriers that seriously affecting their normal life and study and even suicide. It is necessary to strengthen the psychological safety education of college students. Mental health can effectively prevent the occurrence of psychological safety incidents. Therefore, universities should take effective measures to relieve their psychological barriers and improve their affordability of mental health and psychological crisis.
