蜀汉之庲降都督略论

作为四个常置的镇戍都督之一的(?)降都督是蜀汉政府在南中地区设立的最高军、政机构。除了防御外敌入侵外,它还有维护南中地区的政治稳定,镇压各族人民的反抗；将南中地区的兵员及其他军国所需的战略物资源源不断地运往蜀地,以助北伐；推行绥抚措施,安定南中各族人民的生活等主要作用。(?)降都督在南中所执行的以武力为后盾,以获取资源为目的的民族政策对南中社会发展所起的积极作用是十分有限的。

On the Commanding Officer of Laixiang in Shu Han Stage

The commanding officer of Laixiang,one of garrisoning commanding officer,is the highest military ad- minitive machinery founded by the Shu Han administration in Nan Zhong area. Besides defending the foreign ene- my,there are three main functions as follows.Firstly,it maintains the political stability and suppresses various races people's revolt.Secondly,it transports the soldiers and other important strategic resource to the area of Shu Han continuously to help the Northem Expedition.Thirdly,it carries out pacifies caresses the policy and stabilizes var- ious races people's life.In spite of maintaining stable social aspect, the positive role of the national policy executed by the commanding officer,which takes the military force as the backing and whose goal is to gain the material resources,is limited to the social development of Nan Zhong Area.
