| 摘 要： | 假释作为对确有悔改并无再犯之虞的犯罪分子附条件释放的一种刑罚执行制度,现已为世界各国刑事立法所采纳。然而,目前我国的假释制度还存在假释利用率太低、适用条件过于严格、假释后轻监管等问题。应当通过放宽假释适用条件、建立再犯预测机制、完善监督考察等途径对我国假释制度加以完善。

| Abstract: | As an execution of punishment system of conditional release , parole has been adopted by many countries. But, parole in our country has several defects, such as the low rate parole applicability, the rigid exclusive items , imperfect post-parole security system. This article brings up several constructional ideas that are widening the scope of application of parole, setting up the recommission of crime prediction organism and perfecting control protection organism on the base of analysis over these problems. |
