山莨菪碱辅佐治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床观察

观察和分析了山莨菪碱辅佐治疗儿童支气管肺炎的临床表现,以探讨山莨菪碱辅佐治疗儿童支气管肺炎的疗效.随机将60例支气管肺炎患儿分为两组,对照组30例应用常规抗感染和对症治疗;观察组30例在对照组的基础上加用小剂量山莨菪碱注射液,每次0.2～0.3 mg/kg,静滴,每日一次,共用3 d.结果显示:对照组病情减轻慢,平均住院时间长;观察组较对照组肺部罗音消失的快,平均住院时间缩短.两组病程有显著差异(P<0.05).说明小剂量山莨菪碱佐治婴幼儿肺部感染可显著提高疗效,且毒副作用小,使用安全,方便可靠.

The clinical effect of 654-2 injection as an assistant treatment to children's lung infection

This paper is to observe and analyze the clinical effect of 654-2 injection as an assistant treatment to the lung infection of children. To study the auxiliary treatment of bronchial pneumonia of infants and children children with 654- 2. 60 child patients were divided into two groups. 30 patients in the observation group were treated as comparison group with plus 654-2 injection. 30 patients in the comparison group were treated by normal anti-infection therapies and taken proper steps to the cure illness. The positive symptoms in the observation group disappeared much earlier than the comparison group （P〈0.05）. The courses of treatment in observation group were shorter than the comparison group （P〈0.05）. 654- 2 is safe and high- efficient way to cure the bronchitis.
