拓展训练教学实践与探索——以韶关学院为例

普通高校大学体育课程体系中开设拓展训练课程,符合教育部颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的要求.本文以韶关学院拓展训练课程为例,阐述了课程目标、教学内容模块等方面的设计以及课程实践的收获,指出了高校拓展训练课程面临的课程体系构建、专项师资欠缺、拓展基地和器材不足、户外拓展时间安排与安全压力等难点,提出了专项师资培训、建立实训基地、倡导团队授课和加强安全教育的课程发展对策.

Practice and exploration of outward bound teaching in university physical education

Opening the outward bound course in university P.E. meets the requirements of ＂National Ordinary College Sports Teaching Instruction Summary＂ issued by Ministry of Education. By taking the process of making the outward bound course practical in Shaoguan University for example, the anthers introduce the design of curriculum objectives and teaching content modules as well as the benefits in curriculum practice, analyze such difficulties for the outward hound course such as the establishment of the curriculum system, shortage of event specific teachers, insufficiency of training bases and equipments, as well as the time and safety pressure for outdoor practice, The authors put forward such measures for curriculum development as the training of event specific teachers, establishment of training bases, advocacy of team lecturing, and intensification of safety education and design.
