| 摘 要： | 通过对曾为留守儿童的在校大学生的人格特征和心理健康状况进行调查,采用心理健康教育、团体咨询、亲子沟通、朋辈互助、个体咨询等方式,分实验组和对照组进行对照研究,以探索改善并提高此类人群心理健康的有效途径.通过研究发现:对该类人群做心理全方位的干预比不作干预效果改善显著;短时间的心理干预明显不及较长时间的心理干预效果,短时间的心理干预在学习生活事件中反弹快、症状反复多;长时期的干预可通过调动同辈同质、异质人群参与,对节省教师资源、更快捷跟踪、全面了解情况变化、必要时及时给与针对性强的专业指导起着强有力的支持作用.
