| 摘 要： | 结合实践中遇到的实际问题,从增强人员素质,加强资质审查,优化监督管理体系,把好市场准入关,改善质量监督方式,创新技术监管手段,强化监管措施等方面,探讨了质量监督管理的内容及影响工程质量监督的诸多因素.提出了创新监管模式,提高监督效率的相应举措.
