摘    要:教学本质是教学论的核心问题。学界对教学本质的认识,历来众说纷纭,各有所长。是否明晰教学本质,将直接影响教学效果。以教育学里的"教学"与心理学里的"迁移"之比较为视角来看,"教学"与"迁移"二者在"目的"、"过程"及影响二者的"主客体因素"三方面有着共同的交集点,说明教学与迁移在本质上具有同一性。教学的本质是迁移这一论说无疑具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract:The nature of teaching is the core issue of the pedago understanding of the nature of teaching in academic, and also having gy. There are many different opinions on their own merits. Whether to understand clearly the nature of teaching, will directly affect the effectiveness of teaching. From the view of comparing perspective between the 'teaching' of education and the 'migration' of psychology, there are some common intersection point with 'goals' 'process' and influencing factors of both subject and object between 'teaching' and 'migration'. Illustrating the identity in essence between teaching and migration. The comment that the nature of teaching is the migration undoubtedly has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
