中国农村养老问题探析

获得社会保障是中国农民的一项宪法权利。在我们这样一个农村人口占绝大多数的发展中国家,解决农村农民养老问题是一个艰巨的任务,也是一项庞大的工程。在过去的岁月里,中国的具体国情使得这一问题的解决还可以往后推,但是在人权制度逐渐完善、社会物质文化水平不断提高的今天,农村养老已经没有被回避了的理由了。目前,我国农村养老存在一系列问题,必须通过法律的方法加以解决。

A Discussion on Elderly Care in Chinese Rural Communities

To obtain social security is a constitutional right of the Chinese peasants. In such a developing country that peasant population occupies the great majority, it is a difficult task and huge engineering for China to solve the problems of rural elderly care. In the past, we delayed the program for China' s concrete circumstances, but nowadays along with the gradual perfection of the system of human rights and the improving of the social material and cultural standard, we have no reason to avoid the problem. Presently, to solve the problems, we have to resort to legal methods.
