| 摘 要： | 大学教育贵在良师,师德是大学教师素质的核心和灵魂。大学师德文化要求大学教师必须树立正确的师德价值观,创造一种师德文化氛围。大学师德文化具有导向、凝聚、激励、软约束及辐射等功能,然而当前大学教师师德文化还存在一些问题,因此正视问题努力进行大学师德文化的再造具有重要的现实意义。

University is valued for excellent professors and morality is the key accomplishment of faculty. This article elucidates the nature, functions, the problem and rebuilding of the culture of teachers＇ ethics. |
