摘    要:“学习型组织”是人类由工业经济社会向知识经济社会转变背景下对传统组织形态的一次根本变革。“学习型组织”理论的基本特征为高校内部管理体制创新提供了重要的理论基础:科学决策需要组织结构扁平化,激发活力需要组织结构扁平化,学术性需要组织结构的柔性化,人本管理需要管理柔性化,创新学校组织文化需要建立知识共享的网络化层级结构,目标管理需要构建网络化平台。

Abstract:"Learning organization" is a thorough change of the traditional organization for mankind tinder the background of transformation from industrial economic society to knowledge - based economy society. The basic characteristics of "learning organization" provide important theory foundation to the innovation of university inner management system. Scientific decision needs flat organizational structure; and also stiring up the vitality demands the organizational structure to be flat; the academic needs the organizational structure to be flexible; the person -based management needs the management to be flexible; innovating the culture of university needs to develop the network layer structure of sharing knowledge; the target management needs establishing a network platform.
